The White Rapids team has more than 60 years of private equity and investing experience, including a combined 30 years of working together in the middle market. Prior to White Rapids, the team was among senior members of GE Capital, Equity, the private equity arm of GE Capital with a GE heritage for spanning over 25 years. As a stand-alone business inside GE Capital, we provided innovative capital solutions to middle market businesses and their shareholders, while delivering to GE strong returns on our invested capital.
Our team is among the most tenured of groups focusing on minority and non-control investing. We have held leadership roles in origination, strategy, credit, and portfolio management through several market cycles. Each Partner has held sourcing, portfolio management and board level roles, and is experienced in partnering with companies and investors to create value.
We will often play a key role in control deals working with independent sponsors, management buy-out teams and family offices.
